For some years now, a number of Australian Ombudsman schemes and offices have undertaken a joint postcard and O-Week campaign to spread the word about what they do to young people.

While the campaign has been targeted at young people, the message is relevant to everyone:

Ombudsman services are fair, free and independent and you have a right to complain.
