Do you have a complaint?
Maybe an Ombudsman can help.

Since April 2006, a number of Australian Ombudsman schemes/offices have been undertaking a joint campaign to
spread the word about what they do.

The campaign has been targeted at young people, but the message is relevant to everyone:

Ombudsman services are fair, free and independent and you have a right to complain.

Below you'll find links to a fact sheet on Ombudsman services in Australia, as well as links to the Ombudsman schemes/offices involved in this project.
